Abstract

This research examines the problem of how to increase learning activities and competence in managing business trips through the application of the Giving Feedback method to class XII OTKP-2 students at SMK Negeri 1 Waingapu in the 2022/2023 academic year. The purpose of this research is to find out the increase in activity and competency of Organizing Business Travel through the application of the Giving Feedback method to class XII OTKP-2 students at SMK Negeri 1 Waingapu for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XII OTKP-2 at SMK Negeri 1 Waingapu in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Data were obtained from test results and observations made in cycle I and cycle II. From the results of the analysis of the data, it is known that students' competence as indicated by classical learning mastery is achieved and student learning activities also experience an increase from cycle I to cycle II. The conclusion in this study is that the application of the giving feedback method can increase learning activities and competence in managing business trips in class XII OTKP-2 students at SMK Negeri 1 Waingapu in the academic year 2022/2023
