Kemampuan Menyimak Cerita Pada Peserta Didik Kelas II SDI Puudhombo Kecamatan Ende Kabupaten Ende

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect the listening ability of grade II students of SDI Puudhombo, Ende District, Ende Regency. It uses a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used in this study were tests and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that 1) the listening ability of Class II students was at an average score of 67.24. When referring to the determination of the Minimum Graduation Criteria (MGC) determined by the school in the Indonesian language subject, in general the listening ability of grade II students of SDI Puudhombo is declared ENOUGH. 2) Physical factors, experience factors, attitudes and enjoyment factors are still obstacles for students to improve their listening ability, while environmental factors, motivational factors, interest factors and liking factors possessed by students become supporting factors in listening.
