HUBUNGAN ANTARA KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS TINGGI DI SDK AEBARA KECAMATAN NDORI KABUPATEN ENDE

The problems that explored on this research are (1) How are the students' social skills in the Aebara SDK? (2) How is the learning motivation of students in the Aebara SDK? (3) Is there a relationship between social skills and students' learning motivation in SDK Aebara? This type of research is quantitative research. The location of this research was carried out at the Aebara SDK, Ndori District, Ende Regency. The sample in this study were some of the high grade students (IV, V, VI) at the Aebara SDK, Ndori District, Ende Regency, totaling 30 people. The data collection technique used in this research is to use a questionnaire or questionnaire, documentation, and observation. From the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) The level of social skills in high grade students (IV, V, and VI) of SDK Aebara, shows that the respondents' answers in this case are students, there are 83.3% of students' experience of social skills, this is into the positive category. (2) The level of learning motivation of high grade students (IV, V, and VI) SDK Aebara, shows that the respondents' answers in this case are students, there are 73.3% of students' experiences with learning motivation, this is in the positive category. (3) There is a relationship between social skills and learning motivation of high grade students (IV, V, and VI) of SDK Aebara. It can be seen that between social skills and students' learning motivation has a correlation coefficient of 0.631. The magnitude of the resulting rxy lies between 0.60-0.799 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that between social skills and student learning motivation there is a high correlation.

Utilization of the natural environment is needed in science learning as a source of learning in SDI Ndona 4. This study aims to find out more about how to use the natural environment as a learning resource in science learning at SDI Ndona 4, Ndona District, Ende Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is research that seeks to describe and interpret existing conditions and ongoing processes. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques through three paths, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that the natural environment can be used as a learning resource in science learning in class IV SDI Ndona 4. Teachers have implemented learning by utilizing the natural environment as a learning resource in schools in learning activities, such as utilizing plants in the school garden and the surrounding environment. so that it fosters the creativity of students. It can be seen that students are more active when learning outside the classroom because learning is more fun, students can observe or group directly the structure of plants in the surrounding environment by using real learning resources. A beautiful school environment can support learning activities using concrete media so that students can easily understand the material presented by the teacher.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP DISIPLIN BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK SD INPRES PUUPAU KECAMATAN NANGAPANDA KABUPATEN ENDE

The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) to determine the learning motivation of students in SD Inpres Puupau, 2) to determine the learning discipline of students at SD Inpres Puupau, 3) to find out whether there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on learning discipline. Puupau Inpres Elementary School students. Data collection techniques in this study using quantitative methods which will be processed using statistical analysis. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. The location of this research was carried out at SD Inpres Puupau, sub-district, Nangapanda. The subjects in this study were students at SD Inpres Puupau. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the hypothesis test obtained a value of 459,038 and a significance value of 225 with a comparison that 459,038> 225 so it can be said that Ha is accepted because there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning discipline. of 0.05, which means that there is a significant linear relationship between the variables of learning motivation (X) and learning discipline (Y). then based on the results of the analysis above, it is known that the R value is 0.531 and it is explained that the percentage of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is called the coefficient of determination which is the result of R. square of the output obtained by the coefficient of R square is 0.282, which implies that there is an influence on the independent variable (learning motivation) on the dependent variable (learning discipline) is 28.2% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.

The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) What is the character of the students at SD Inpres Mbongawani? (2) What is the role of Islamic education teachers in shaping the character of students at SD Inpres Mbongawani?. This study aims to determine (1) the character of students at SD Inpres Mbongawani, (2) the role of Islamic education teachers in shaping the character of students at SD Inpres Mbongawani. This research approach uses a qualitative approach, then data collection is carried out using the techniques of (1) interviews, (2) Observation and (3) Documentation, according to the data collected through several techniques and then analyzed using Milles and Huberman analysis The results of the research and discussion show that (1) the role of Islamic education teachers at SD Inpres Mbongawani is good. In this case, Islamic education teachers have provided teaching and directed students. PAI teachers have also carried out their obligations in guiding students and are always present on time to school because in this case the teacher indirectly trains students to be disciplined. (2) The character of students at SD Inpres Mbongawani is not all good, there are some students who already have good characters but some students have characters that are not yet good. (3) The role of Islamic Education Teachers in shaping the character of students at SD Inpres Mbongawani has not played a good role, Islamic teachers have given what they can but some students who have not had good character or what they want, have not applied the material. obtained in everyday life.

PARTISIPASI ORANG TUA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENJASORKES DI KELAS IV SDI TOANG KECAMATAN ELAR SELATAN KABUPATEN MANGGARAI TIMUR

The purpose of this study was to describe the form of parental participation for quality improvement of physical education learning for class IV at SDI Toang, Elar Selatan district, East Manggarai Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study are the parents of fourth grade students at SDI Toang. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation data analysis is done by collecting data, data reduction, display data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research concluded that: the form of parantel participation of students in learning physical education for class IV SDI Toang is still lacking, starting from meeting children’s needs, providing guidance, providing facilities,and providing motivation for children. This is because it is influenced by several inhibiting factors, namely internal factors which include lack of support from parents, less fulfillment of children’s needs, and lack of motivation from parents and external factors which include the state of the social, community, and school environment.
