(2) How is the learning motivation of students in the Aebara SDK? (3) Is there a relationship between social skills and students' learning motivation in SDK Aebara? This type of research is quantitative research. The location of this research was carried out at the Aebara SDK, Ndori District, Ende Regency. The sample in this study were some of the high grade students (IV, V, VI) at the Aebara SDK, Ndori District, Ende Regency, totaling 30 people. The data collection technique used in this research is to use a questionnaire or questionnaire, documentation, and observation. From the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) The level of social skills in high grade students (IV, V, and VI) of SDK Aebara, shows that the respondents' answers in this case are students, there are 83.3% of students' experience of social skills, this is into the positive category. (2) The level of learning motivation of high grade students (IV, V, and VI) SDK Aebara, shows that the respondents' answers in this case are students, there are 73.3% of students' experiences with learning motivation, this is in the positive category. (3) There is a relationship between social skills and learning motivation of high grade students (IV, V, and VI) of SDK Aebara. It can be seen that between social skills and students' learning motivation has a correlation coefficient of 0.631. This study aims to find out more about how to use the natural environment as a learning resource in science learning at SDI Ndona 4, Ndona District, Ende Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is research that seeks to describe and interpret existing conditions and ongoing processes. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques through three paths, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that the natural environment can be used as a learning resource in science learning in class IV SDI Ndona 4. Teachers have implemented learning by utilizing the natural environment as a learning resource in schools in learning activities, such as utilizing plants in the school garden and the surrounding environment. so that it fosters the creativity of students. It can be seen that students are more active when learning outside the classroom because learning is more fun, students can observe or group directly the structure of plants in the surrounding environment by using real learning resources. Puupau Inpres Elementary School students. Data collection techniques in this study using quantitative methods which will be processed using statistical analysis. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. The location of this research was carried out at SD Inpres Puupau, sub-district, Nangapanda. The subjects in this study were students at SD Inpres Puupau. This research approach uses a qualitative approach, then data collection is carried out using the techniques of (1) interviews, (2) Observation and (3) Documentation, according to the data collected through several techniques and then analyzed using Milles and Huberman analysis The results of the research and discussion show that (1) the role of Islamic education teachers at SD Inpres Mbongawani is good. In this case, Islamic education teachers have provided teaching and directed students. PAI teachers have also carried out their obligations in guiding students and are always present on time to school because in this case the teacher indirectly trains students to be disciplined. (2) The character of students at SD Inpres Mbongawani is not all good, there are some students who already have good characters but some students have characters that are not yet good. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study are the parents of fourth grade students at SDI Toang. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation data analysis is done by collecting data, data reduction, display data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research concluded that: the form of parantel participation of students in learning physical education for class IV SDI Toang is still lacking, starting from meeting children’s needs, providing guidance, providing facilities,and providing motivation for children.
