By utilizing a review of recent literature and interviews with management, the research identifies how technology supports the implementation of equality in human resource management, including recruitment, career development, and performance evaluation. The findings reveal that the use of technology, such as data-driven recruitment platforms and automated performance assessment systems, plays a significant role in reducing bias, increasing transparency, and ensuring fair treatment for all employees. In addition to enhancing employee satisfaction and retention, the integration of technology also fosters innovation and efficiency in the workplace. In the wake of fast-growing investments, especially among MSMEs in Denpasar, it is important to understand how financial literacy and government regulations influence investment decisions. The aim of the paper is to analyze the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions, and the contribution of government policies to this influence. The design used in this study is a quantitative approach with questionnaires given out to 200 respondents that perform investment activities within Denpasar. In analyzing data, PLS-SEM is used to test the hypotheses stated in this research paper. The result from the study revealed that financial literacy has a significantly positive influence on the investment decision. Furthermore, government regulations have a moderating role but with a relatively smaller effect, which means that effective regulation can strengthen the positive influence of financial literacy on investment decisions.
2025-03-01T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 ANALISIShttps://e-journal.uniflor.ac.id/index.php/analisis/article/view/5227DISPARITAS PEMBERIAN KREDIT BANK KONVENSIONAL DAN PEMBIAYAAN BANK SYARIAH TERHADAP UMKM: ANALISIS YURIDIS 2025-01-14T11:37:53+07:00Fitria Sri Devicafsridevica@gmail.comM. This kind of study uses statutory methods and normative legal theory. The findings of this study show that conventional banks and Islamic banks are different from one another. The first difference is seen in the fundamental ideas that each bank embraces. Conventional banks usually emphasize creditworthiness based on collateral or customer-owned collateral and use fixed or variable interest rate schemes. On the other hand, Islamic banks operate according to sharia law, which prohibits riba, or interest. The contract or agreement used by conventional and Islamic banks is the second difference. Islamic banks use musyarakah and mudharabah as forms of funding. However, conventional banks use leasing, factoring and credit contracts. The two banks' approach to risk management is the third difference. Islamic banks bear the risk, especially when funding items such as musyarakah and mudharabah. In Conventional banks, the customer bears all the business risk. Conventional banks charge late fees in the form of cumulative interest. The fourth difference relates to the way funds are raised and allocated. The objectives and funding strategies used by Islamic banks and conventional banks are very different. Since funds are allocated exclusively to activities that comply with Shariah regulations and halal values, the objects of financing in Islamic banks are often restricted. Islamic banks usually adopt a more individualized and partnership-focused approach to their customers. On the other hand, conventional banks do not have any restrictions on the object of funding, hence funds can be used for both halal and non-halal activities.
2025-03-01T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 ANALISIShttps://e-journal.uniflor.ac.id/index.php/analisis/article/view/5302PENGARUH PROMOSI DAN HARGA TERHADAP MINAT BELI PRODUK MI INSTAN INDOMIE (VARIAN GORENG ORIGINAL) DI JAKARTA SELATAN2025-02-05T21:42:43+07:00R. This study uses an empirical quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to the object of research, namely MSME actors in the Culinary Sector in Kupang-East Nusa Tenggara City who are using QRIS. This study uses primary data, namely through a questionnaire using a likert scale with a sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the tcal value for the Knowledge Perception variable (X1) is equal to the tcal. And then the data is processed with the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study partially show that Knowledge Perception, Perception of Convenience have no effect on the Decision to Use QRIS. As for the perception of user attitudes that have a positive and significant effect, MSMEs see that QRIS provides direct benefits, such as increasing sales, accelerating the payment process, or attracting more consumers who prioritize digital transactions, they will be more encouraged to use QRIS. In addition, MSMEs often need a fast and cost-effective way to pay. If the perception of users' attitudes towards QRIS is as a method that speeds up the transaction process without high costs, they will be more likely to choose QRIS as the primary payment option.

Keywords: Knowledge, Convenience, User Attitude, Decision, QRIS.
2025-03-01T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 ANALISIShttps://e-journal.uniflor.ac.id/index.php/analisis/article/view/5342PENGARUH PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) DAN SANKSI PAJAK TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK BADAN PADA KPP MAKASSAR UTARA2025-02-01T08:39:06+07:00Linda Setiawatilindasetiawati2003@gmail.comManuel A.
