Consumption is the total expenditure to obtain goods and services in an economy within a certain period. Consumption expenditure is a major component of Gross National Product, therefore the main attention needs to be paid attention to and focused on the analysis of the factors that determine consumption expenditure. This study aims to analyze the effect of income levels, interest rates and inflation. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the multiple regression research show that there is an influence of the income level, interest rate and inflation variables on the consumption level in Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. The results of the t test showed that the variable value of the income level was -0.840 and the significance was 0.555, the variable value of the interest rate was -0.649 and significant 0.633 and the inflation variable value was 1.066 and significant 0.480. The results of the F test were obtained at 0.794 and 0.657 significant. The t-test result of inflation has a significant effect on the level of consumption and the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable (Y) is 70.4%. The suggestion that the government of Ende Regency can take is to pay more attention to the level of income because the income set by the government also
affects the level of consumption. For this reason, the income determination policy must be carried out and the income level increased according to the needs of life.
Sry Dewi YantiYustina Penu

This study aims to determine how the community's perception of the Pasar Baru Bobou location. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which explains or describes the results of the research based on the data obtained from the research results. The population in this study are people in 7 sub-districts, and traders who sell in the market. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, namely the community and traders as market users. The population in this study amounted to 179 people consisting of 140 people and 39 traders. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire which contains statements and summarized in tables and graphs and explains them according to the results of the interview. The results of this study indicate that the relocation of the Bajawa Inpres Market to Pasar Baru Bobou resulted in many community complaints. In general, the results of research in 7 urban villages describe the community as agreeing with the market relocation. However, the community complained about the cost of transportation to the Bobou market. They said that the transportation costs were very expensive, up 100-200% from usual. Meanwhile, for traders, they complained about the availability of water in the market. Therefore, the recommendation given to the government regarding public complaints is that the
government needs to provide free vehicles for the community, at least free vehicles in the city as transportation to the market if government funds allow. Meanwhile, for traders, the government must pay more attention to the availability of water in the market.
Praksedis Stigma MeoYohanes Paulus Luciany

This study discusses the Contribution of Regional Taxes and Terminal Levies on the Regional Original Income of Sikka Regency during 2014-2018, with the aim of the
research is to find out 1) the magnitude of the contribution of regional taxes and terminal levies to the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Sikka Regency, 2). the level of effectiveness of local taxes and terminal levies on regional revenue in Sikka Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, which is calculating the data obtained to solve existing problems in accordance with the research objectives. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative, namely calculating the amount of contribution, and the effectiveness of local taxes and district terminal fees. Sikka 2014-2018. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of regional tax revenues to the Regional Original Revenue of Sikka Regency in 2014 to 2018 does not make a significant contribution to the PAD of Sikka Regency because the criteria for regional tax contributions are 10% -20%, the Contribution of Terminal Levies Receipts on PAD of Sikka Regency in 2014-2018 it was very lacking in making a meaningful contribution to PAD in Sikka Regency because the criteria for the contribution of terminal fees only reached 0.00% -10%. The average criteria for the effectiveness of local tax revenues in Sikka Regency during 2014-2018 were less effective because the criteria were 60% -80%, the average criteria for the effectiveness of receiving terminal fees in Sikka Regency during 2014-2018 were not effective because the criteria were less than 60 %. The lack of contribution of local taxes and terminal levies to PAD in Sikka Regency is due to the lack of public awareness of the obligation to pay taxes, lack of facilities and infrastructure for tax collection officers, levies are not running well, users of terminal services are less aware of paying fees, as well as the level of discipline and the officers' sense of responsibility is very lacking.
Maria Renilda YulistaYustina Paulina PenuEstherlina Sagajoka

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rice harvest area, human resources and rainfall on lowland rice productivity and determine the factors that most influence lowland rice productivity. The data used are quantitative and qualitative data sourced from lowland rice productivity data, harvested area data, human resource data and rainfall data taken from BPS Kabupaten Ende and other relevant agencies, within the last five years. The results of his research were three factors, namely harvested area, human resources and rainfall, all of which did not significantly influence the productivity of lowland rice. Of the three independent variables, namely the rice field harvest area variable, the Human Resources variable and the rainfall variable, it can be seen from the coefficient numbers which are more influential on the productivity of lowland rice, namely the harvest area variable and the Human Resources variable which are positive, namely the coefficient of harvested area is 70.451 and the coefficient of Human Resources is 1.671, while the rainfall variable is negative, namely -160.985. From the results of this study, the local government wants to increase the participation of extension workers to the farming community so that their business spirit and creativity are continuously fostered. It is hoped that lowland rice farmers try as often
as possible to get direction or socialization from the local government to improve Human Resources or knowledge.
Markus RenggoEstherlina SagajokaYohanes Paulus Luciany
