Abstract
This research aims to improve teacher competency in developing learning implementation plans through friendly classroom supervision. This type of research is a school action research. Procedures in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles. The research subjects consisted of 6 teachers at SDK Puubheto. Research data were collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed by comparing the percentage of teacher learning per cycle. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the friendly supervision of classrooms can improve the competence of teachers in developing learning implementation plans. The results showed there was an increase from the first cycle of 73.75% with enough categories, to 86.16% in the second cycle with very good categories.
