These rules for using the Indonesian language must be aligned in every practice of using language, especially the use of written language. The problem of this research is to explain the ability to compose compound sentences equivalent to students of class X MIA 1 SMAN 2 Langke Rembong. The research approach is a qualitative approach. Data collection uses writing techniques, and data analysis uses statistical techniques. The theory used is the theory of morphology. The results of this study indicate that students' ability to write compound sentences is in the good category. The ability to construct equivalent compound sentences is said to be good because out of a sample of 24 people, 20 people got a score of 6.7–10 and the remaining 4 people got a score of 5.6. Data collection techniques used are (1) observation, (2) documentation. The subjects of this study were 6 teachers of Tri Dharma Junior High School.The research results prove that; (1) The school principal has supervised the classes of teachers at Tri Dharma Junior High School Ende well, (2) After being supervised, the teaching skills of teachers at Tri Dharma Junior High School Ende have increased. In the first cycle the teacher's teaching skills were quite good or by 73.91% and increased in the first cycle very well or by 95.65%. Thus the proposed action hypothesis reads "class supervision of the principal can improve the teaching skills of teachers at Tri Dharma Junior High School Ende is declared accepted". Thus it can be suggested; (1) So that all school principals have a supervision program so that they know how to teach teachers and improve if they are not good, (2) Class supervision must be carried out every semester in a programmed manner, (3) Teachers must realize that good and skilled teaching will affect quality education. The formulation of the problem in this research is the extent to which the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in the kurikulum merdeka at SDK Onekore 2 Santa Ursula. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The number of samples in this study amounted to 24 respondents which contained 37 statements with 4 answer choices and the score given was between 1 and 4. The respondents in this study were SDK Onekore 2 Santa Ursula teachers. The results showed that the descriptive statistical data included a mean of 140.67, a median of 143.5, a mode of 146 and a standard deviation of 8.499. Furthermore, the results of the assessment criteria showed that most of the teachers achieved very high criteria of 15 people with a percentage of 62.5%. (2) What is the learning achievement of students in social studies class V at SDI Lokoboko, Ndona District, Ende Regency after using the jigsaw model? This research aims to determine the use of the jigsaw model in social studies learning and to determine students' learning achievements in social studies learning Class V SDI Lokoboko after using the jigsaw model. This research is classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of this research were class V students with a total of 16 students. Data collection techniques use interview techniques, observation, tests and documentation. The research results show that by using the jigsaw model there is an increase in learning achievement. Where learning completeness in the pre-test was 18.75%, it increased in cycle 1 to 68.75% and in cycle II it reached 100%.</p>2023-07-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024
