Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has not only affected the health sector but also triggered major disruptions in supply chain management across industries, including the optical sector in Yogyakarta. Disruptions in imported raw material distribution, rising logistic costs, and shifts in consumer behavior from offline to online have forced optical businesses to rapidly adapt. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, strictly following the PRISMA protocol, to investigate the post-pandemic supply chain transformation of Yogyakarta’s optical industry. Data were collected from academic databases such as Scopus, SINTA, Garuda, and Google Scholar, focusing on publications from 2020 to 2025. Analysis of 48 selected articles revealed three key transformation strategies: (1) digitalization of logistics and inventory, including barcode systems and real-time delivery tracking; (2) diversification of raw material sources through partnerships with local manufacturers; and (3) integration of online and offline services for customer interaction. Major challenges include limited human resource readiness, constrained financial capacity of optical MSMEs, and insufficient local regulatory support. The study concludes that supply chain transformation in Yogyakarta's optical industry has been adaptive and progressive. However, its sustainability depends on policy interventions such as digital logistics training, fiscal incentives for infrastructure renewal, and the creation of cross-sectoral collaborative ecosystems. Further studies are recommended to explore hybrid logistics models rooted in local culture and customer preferences in the Yogyakarta region.
