Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi, perbaikan lingkungan kerja, dan penguatan disiplin kerja untuk mewujudkan kinerja pegawai yang efektif, efisien, dan berkualitas.</p> 2026-10-21T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS (SJMB) https://e-journal.uniflor.ac.id/index.php/sjmb/article/view/8845 Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Pendapatan, Dan Kontrol Diri Terhadap Perilaku Menabung Orang Tua Untuk Pendidikan Anak Sejak Dini 2026-10-19T14:40:49+00:00 Jesika Afrilia Cindi [email protected] Gabriel Tanusi [email protected] Damianus Tola [email protected] <p><em>This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, income, and self-control on parents' saving behavior for their children's early education among members of KSP Kopdit Sartika in Ende Regency, analyzing these effects both partially and simultaneously. The study employs an associative quantitative method with 93 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis utilized simple and multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that financial literacy, income, and self-control each have a positive and significant partial effect on saving behavior. Simultaneously, these three variables also significantly influence saving behavior, with an R² value of 47.3%.</em></p> 2026-10-21T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS (SJMB) https://e-journal.uniflor.ac.id/index.php/sjmb/article/view/8912 Pengaruh Online Customer Review dan Online Customer Rating terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Marketplace Shopee di Kecamatan Ende Tengah 2026-10-20T04:09:23+00:00 Marisa Legu [email protected] Avianita Rachmawati [email protected] Maria Endang Jamu [email protected] <p>This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings—both partially and simultaneously—on online purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace among residents of the Ende Tengah subdistrict. This study employs a quantitative approach using a non-probability sampling technique. A sample of 96 respondents was determined using the Lemeshow formula and selected through purposive sampling—specifically, Generation Z individuals aged 15–29 who actively use TikTok Shop—with proportional allocation across four subdistricts. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that online customer reviews and online customer ratings each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with partial coefficients of determination of 44.5% and 37.3%, respectively. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (calculated F = 49.412; p = 0.000) and explained 50.5% of the variation in purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that product reviews from previous customers and numerical and star ratings of stores by customers need to be combined to encourage online purchasing decisions among the public.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> 2026-10-21T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS (SJMB) https://e-journal.uniflor.ac.id/index.php/sjmb/article/view/8892 Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Penilaian Kinerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Wolowona 2026-10-20T01:43:12+00:00 Verjilia Indriani Mai [email protected] Rafael Octavianus Byre [email protected] Lambertus Langga [email protected] <p><em>This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of workload and performance appraisal on employee work productivity at PT Pegadaian Wolowona Branch. The study uses an associative quantitative approach with saturated sampling, so all 31 employees were included as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, the F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that workload (B = 0.381; t = 2.088; sig. 0.046) and performance appraisal (B = 0.438; t = 2.055; sig. 0.049) each have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect (F = 13.310; sig. 0.000) and explain 48.7% of the variation in work productivity. These findings indicate that a workload aligned with employee capacity and a clear performance appraisal based on quality, quantity, and timeliness should be managed together to improve work productivity</em></p> 2026-10-21T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS (SJMB) https://e-journal.uniflor.ac.id/index.php/sjmb/article/view/8876 Perbandingan Pembelian Online dan Offline terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Fashion pada Generasi Milenial Kelurahan Paupire 2026-10-19T16:59:46+00:00 Riski Viktorius Efriski [email protected] Rafael Octavianus Byre [email protected] Santy Permata Sari [email protected] <p><em>This study aims to identify and analyze differences in fashion product purchase decisions through online and offline purchasing and to describe the purchasing tendency among millennials in Paupire Urban Village, Ende City. The study employed a comparative method with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 2,257 millennials and the sample comprised 96 respondents selected using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a Paired Sample T-Test with SPSS. The results show that the mean score for online purchasing was 35.47, while the mean score for offline purchasing was 31.88. The Paired Sample T-Test produced a t value of 3.711 with a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, indicating a significant difference between online and offline purchasing. The higher mean score for online purchasing indicates a stronger tendency among respondents to purchase fashion products online. The findings indicate that convenience, practicality, time efficiency, product variety, and digital promotion are important considerations in online purchasing, while offline purchasing remains relevant because consumers can directly see and assess products.</em></p> <p><em>Keywords: Online Purchasing; Offline Purchasing; Purchase Decision; Fashion Products; Millennials</em></p> 2026-10-21T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS (SJMB)
