Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

Sajaratun is a double-blind peer-reviewed scientific journal, all submitted manuscripts must follow the focus and scope, as well as the author's guidelines of this journal. The editor will first evaluate all submitted manuscripts. Those that meet the minimum criteria are submitted to experts for review. Articles submitted to this journal will go through a peer-review process of at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers. Reviewers evaluate whether the manuscript is scientifically sound and coherent, whether the manuscript duplicates already published work, and whether or not the manuscript is clear enough to warrant publication. Reviewers evaluate the authenticity of the manuscript, methodologically, according to ethical guidelines, the results/findings are presented clearly and support the conclusions. Language correction is not part of the peer review process. The editor will notify the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully within 4 weeks. The duration of the review process can be up to 3 months.
